This Blazer was subsequently refurbished and modified. The work included installation of a 5.3-liter LQ9 V8 and a six-speed 6L90 automatic transmission as well as a repaint in orange, powder-coating the frame in black, reconditioning the removable hardtop, and reupholstery of the interior in Highlander-style vinyl and plaid fabric. The truck features 3.73:1 differentials, a limited-slip front end, a Brian Tooley camshaft and lifters, power steering and front disc brakes with hydroboost, a Rough Country suspension lift, 17″ aluminum wheels with 35″ tires, and Dakota Digital gauges. The truck was repainted in orange and fitted with chrome front and rear bumpers as well as new front end trim according to the seller. The removable hardtop was repainted in white, and replacement moldings and window tint film were installed.
