Best black lab ever!* fixed?microchipped?sweet and loyal for sale in Houston, Texas

I got the most amazing dog from a shelter way out past channelview one day and he turned out to be the best dog, loyal and sweet cute as can be lil puppy we named him pouncers as when i first saw him he was pouncing on something in his age?to this day i do not know what but it was so adorable. weve only had him for about 2 months and i thought everything would be fine unfortunately my land lord has differnt feelings towards dogs and his gleeming white carpet so im desperatelu trying to find a new owner to avoid having to take him back to the pound/shelter they are a no kill chelter bnut still locked up in a cage all day is no fun way for a dog to live especally one this amazing and sweet. he is one of a kind?very playful yet calm at times almost completely potty trained and can sit lay down shake and roll over if you think you have room in your familly for one more to love please text me or email me.
serious people looking to adopt or buy today only please we dont have a lot of time to waste on someone not sure if they want a dog or not. there is a $50 fee mostly just to make sure whom ever gets him actually wants a dog enough to throw in a few dollars for him. if you want him but need to lower that price let me know i may be able to lower it for the rt person actually wanting to love my poor puppy he amazingly adorable gorgeous in everyway and not sure if pure bread lab but looks and seems to be they thought the same at the pound there was 2 other people that tryed to snatch him up rt after i got him and he had only been up for adoption for one day so hed definatley in high demand?still i worry he may stay in there too long as hes used to being a part of a familly.

i live in stone gate golf course community my neiborhood is island shores but i will need to meet you putside the gate as there is no code i can give you only the cards so easiest if i meet you happy to drive a bit as long as your willing to give this dog what it deserves ?a good home. =) please dont hesitate to ask anything im an open book oh and also he comes already fixed an d microchipped just incase you ever loose him you are able to find him alot of times with this microchip shots all up to date and ill send all his paperwork from the pound he was at when i found him
